Nestled on a small farm in Ontario, Canada, I share my life with my wonderful little family. With over 5 years of studying holistic nutrition and more than 3 years as a personal trainer, I’m currently immersed in the fields of herbalism and postpartum doula care.

My journey with Motherly Organics began after experiencing the intricacies of a miscarriage and later welcoming my daughter into the world. Through these profound experiences, I cultivated a deep passion and reverence for the beauty of motherhood.

Initially, I started crafting holistic herbal products for my little one, driven by a desire to shield her from unnecessary chemicals. As this creative journey unfolded, I felt a calling to extend my heartfelt creations to fellow moms who shared the same commitment to quality and care for their babies. From there, the journey of creation continued into The Holistic Postpartum Program where I support and guide women one-on-one through the beauty of the four trimesters.

Embarking on the journey of motherhood is an incredibly beautiful experience, and I feel honoured to provide nurturing support during these initial stages.
